Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Parkay butter
    1 can cherry pie filling
    Cool Whip or ice cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oats, flour and sugar.
    Mix in Parkay butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Place half of mixture on the bottom of a buttered pan.
    Spoon in pie filling on top of bottom mixture. Spread the remaining over the top.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly brown.
    Serve warm.
