Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. white beans (navy)
    water
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    In a large pot, combine the dry beans and enough water to cover them.
    Soak overnight.
    Bring beans and water to a boil; boil for 2 minutes, then remove pot from heat.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Combine beans and juice with remaining ingredients.
    Put this mixture into a casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake 5 hours at 300\u00b0.
    If liquid evaporates, add more water.
