Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 c. yellow sharp cheese (optional)
    1 c. white sharp cheese
    4 c. milk
    1 c. Cheez Whiz
    4 to 5 slices wheat bread
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. spicy mustard (optional)
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    In saucepan, simmer milk, butter, Cheez Whiz and sharp cheeses, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Stir in Mozzarella cheese. Continue stirring until Mozzarella is partly melted.
    Pour mixture into casserole dish.
    Break up bread into pieces over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
