English Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cook butter, sugar and water on high until color of brown grocery bag, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in pecans. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay Hershey bars on top.
    After they melt, spread out.
    Cut or break into serving pieces.
