Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1 c. hot coffee
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Dissolve cocoa in boiling water and mix hot coffee with soda. Cream shortening and sugar.
Add all but baking powder and flour. Add baking powder to flour and add to creamed mixture.
Beat until flour disappears.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
May use 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 round pans.
Dust cooled cake with powdered sugar or frost with your favorite frosting.
Moist enough to enjoy without frosting.
