Breakfast Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
9 eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 slices stale white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage in large skillet over medium heat until done. Drain in colander.
Combine with remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve hot.
Serves 8 to 10.
