Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 onions, finely chopped
    4 cloves minced garlic
    2 large cans Italian tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    any leftover cooked vegetables, chopped, sliced, diced, etc.
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and break up with spoon. Add tomato paste, vegetables (raw ones first); anything goes, peppers, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, corn, squash, broccoli, beans, etc.
    Add spices.
    Simmer about 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese if you like the sauce to be thicker.
    Very low in calories and fat.
