Golden Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) apricot nectar
    4 c. apple cider or apple juice
    1 c. orange juice
    6 sticks cinnamon
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1/4 tsp. whole cardamon seeds, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a large pan.
    Heat to boiling point, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and strain.
    Pour hot wassail into mugs.
    Can garnish with floaters of thin orange slices studded with cloves.
    Makes 9 cups.
