My Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter flavor oil
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 whole egg
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix oil, oleo and sugar until creamy.
    Add whole egg, then add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Add vanilla and half cup buttermilk and beat.
    Add half flour and beat good.
    Add rest of milk and flour, beating good.
    Pour into 3 greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
