Jessie'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl.
    Add and mix in the shortening.
    Beat in small bowl the egg, vinegar and water.
    Add egg mixture to flour mixture; mix well.
    Refrigerate a couple of hours before using.
