Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Divide popped corn into 2 large baking pans.
Mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and salt in saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until it bubbles around the edge.
Cook 5 minutes more.
Take pan off heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Pour equal amounts of the mixture over the popcorn.
Stir until popcorn is coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool.
Store in airtight container.
