Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or bouillon
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Add meat; cook and brown.
    Drain.
    Blend in flour and garlic salt.
    Gradually add beef broth; stir until thickened.
    Stir in sour cream and mushrooms; heat.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
