Bacon, Eggs And "Toast" Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded natural Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
dash of pepper
4 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
Preparation

Mix together croutons and cheese.
Pour into greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton mixture.
Top with with bacon. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs set.
