Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
    1 can condensed milk
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat yolks.
    Add grated rind and lemon juice; stir well.
    Add milk and mix thoroughly.
    Put in pie crust.
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Fold in 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar. Spread on top of pie.
    Place in preheated oven (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove and cool.
    Put in refrigerator for about 24 hours before serving.
