Korean Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. London broil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sesame oil
    1 bunch green onions
    5 carrots
Preparation
    Tenderize meat on both sides with wooden meat mallet. Partially freeze meat and slice paper thin.
