Bayley'S West Indies Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. fresh lump crabmeat
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 oz. Wesson oil
    4 oz. apple cider vinegar
    3 oz. ice water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; cover and marinate for 2 to 12 hours.
