Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiled shrimp
    1 c. olive oil or salad oil
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 1/2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    5 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. mustard with horseradish
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; let marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring often.
    Serve on toast squares or crackers.
