Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar (for egg whites)
Preparation

Cream flour and egg yolks together.
Add sugar and milk, then vanilla and coconut.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Pour into cooked pie shell.
