Mom'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 freshly diced tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 large diced onion
    1/2 peeled and seeded cucumber
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 tsp. dried, coarsely chopped red pepper (chile)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
