Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large whole chicken, boiled and removed from the bone
1/2 c. carrots, cooked
1/2 c. potatoes, cooked
1 medium or large onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushroom pieces
Pepperidge Farm dressing (bread crumbs)
1/2 c. cooked rice (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine chicken, cooked vegetables and soups, mixing well. Add and mix in rice (optional), salt and pepper.
Use the chicken broth from your boiled chicken or 1 can of chicken broth to casserole mixture.
Stir in dressing, leaving it moist.
