Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated red raw potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 c. grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and mix in cheese, sour cream and onions.
    Add potatoes.
    Stir quickly together.
    Pour in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
