Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw both packages of broccoli and drain off water.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together.
Spread in greased casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 until it bubbles.
