Low-Fat Microwave Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. each: sliced carrots and celery
    5 oz. raw and cubed chicken breast
    1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 pkg. instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
Preparation
    In 1-quart microwave casserole dish, microwave butter on High for 30 seconds until melted.
    Add celery and carrots; cover and microwave on High 2 minutes until celery is softened.
    Add chicken; re-cover and microwave on Medium for 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
    Stir in onions and peas; re-cover and microwave on High for 2 minutes more.
