Ingredients

8 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 pkg. active dry yeast
2 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 1/3 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
1/3 c. Puritan canola oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add warm water and oil.
Mix thoroughly.
Turn out onto floured board and knead 30 times (or mix in bowl with electric mixer dough hooks until elastic and satiny).
