Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Line muffin tins with cupcake liners and put a vanilla wafer on bottom.
    Beat cream cheese, vanilla and sugar together.
    Add eggs, beating after each one.
    Fill lined muffin tins to 1/2 full with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool and then put cherry/blueberry/strawberry pie filling on top.
    Serves 20 to 24.
