Yummy Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice, water and salt for 20 minutes.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
