Crunchy Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. ground shelled shrimp
    1 c. carrot slices
    1 c. jicama slices
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cleaned black fungus slices
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Vietnamese eggroll wrappers
Preparation
    Combine everything in a big bowl and mix thoroughly.
    At end of wrapper, spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture then fold 3 sides together to form a rectangle.
    Roll the wrapper tightly toward pointed end. Seal the end with water.
    Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.
    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
