Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium Irish potatoes
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and slice. Put layers of potatoes, sliced onion, salt, pepper, half of the soup and half of the cheese in baking dish. Repeat.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. This is excellent with any charcoaled meat.
    Serves 6.
