Tapenade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans pitted black olives
    1/2 can anchovy fillets
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. capers
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
    Process or blend briefly.
    Mixture should be blended but still coarse. Transfer to a bowl and serve with chunks of crusty French bread.
