Beef With Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin
    1/3 c. flour
    1 thinly sliced onion
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. pea pods
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Put meat in casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt and flour.
    Shake until thoroughly coated.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
