Chunky Italian Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans Italian tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    4 c. water
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) rotini noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in tomatoes and next 7 ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in pasta. Pour into soup bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for each serving.
