    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 lb. raw scallops
