Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
15 drops food coloring

Preparation

Cook all ingredients over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring vigorously, until mixture forms a ball.
Remove dough from pan; let stand on counter 5 minutes.
Knead dough about 30 seconds or until blended.
Store in airtight container.
