Creamed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
5 oz. jar Kraft Old English cheese
Preparation

Chop cabbage and cook in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well and place in buttered casserole dish.
Melt butter in small pan and stir in flour and salt until smooth.
Add milk gradually and allow mixture to thicken.
Add cheese and cook until melted and mixed well.
Pour cheese mixture over cabbage and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
