Chopstick Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up into serving size pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 soup cans water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine soups, rice and water in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4.
