Mex-Veg Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini or linguine
    1 tsp. pure olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped (2 c.)
    2 green bell peppers, chopped (1 c.)
    2 Anaheim chilies, seeded and minced (1/2 c.)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    3 tomatoes, chopped (2 c.)
    1 ear sweet corn kernels, sliced from cob (3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. minced cilantro
    juice of 1 lime
    salt to taste (optional)
    1 c. drained and rinsed canned black beans
