Polish Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
3 lb. ground beef
1 c. raw rice
1 large onion, chopped
1 egg
1 large can tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can sauerkraut
3 to 4 slices bacon
Preparation

Core and blanch cabbage.
Separate leaves and drain.
Cook rice as usual.
Fry onion.
Combine rice, onion, meat, egg, salt and pepper.
Wrap portions of meat mixture in individual cabbage leaves.
Layer sauerkraut on bottom of roaster and between rolls.
