Crunchy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can Durkee French fried onions
4 c. raw corkscrew macaroni
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (small) stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown beef and drain fat.
Cook macaroni.
Mix all ingredients together (except French fried onions) and put in large pan.
Top with onions.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake until top is crunchy.
