Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef broth
    1 soup can water
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Place rice in oven-proof casserole.
    Add the 2 soups plus 1 soup can of water.
    Mix in the butter, chopped onion and oregano. Mix well.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour.
    Stir several times during baking.
    Good with chicken.
