Party Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut into 1-inch cubes (2 c.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix and shake the pork with flour, salt and pepper and brown in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Add 1 small can mushrooms.
    Serve over 4 cups of cooked rice. Serves 5 to 6.
