Lunch Punch(Meal In A Glass) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 leaf cabbage
1/2 carrot, unpeeled
1/2 piece celery
1 slice fresh red beet
1 slice lemon with peel, seed, etc.
1/2 banana without peel
1 tsp. raisins
4 Tbsp. raw sugar
1 tsp. whole wheat grain
1 raw egg with shell (optional)
Preparation

Liquify in blender for 3 minutes.
Add ice to chill, this drink tastes a little like strawberries.
