German Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    5 c. diced potatoes
    5 c. boiling water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced celery
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, bouillon cubes, onions and celery in the boiling water.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    When vegetables are done, add 2 cans cream of celery soup and the Velveeta cheese.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
