Crunchy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bran Flakes, crushed
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
6 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

Mix cereal and peel, dip chicken in egg white; coat chicken in crushed Bran Flakes.
Arrange in 13 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with no fat spray.
Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
One breast contains 180 cal. and 2 grams fat.
