El-Egg-Ant Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
    Remove yolks and mash.
    Combine yolks, 3 tablespoons sour cream, mustard and salt and mix well.
    Refill egg whites.
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter 5 minutes.
    Stir in pimentos, soup and remaining sour cream.
    Pour sour cream mixture into 9 x 9-inch dish.
    Place eggs on top.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
