Cauliflower-Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1 small bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
    1 medium-size green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables and toss gently.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    Yields 10 servings.
