Cheese Biscuits(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    4 tsp. margarine
    4 oz. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. plain yogurt (1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
    Each counts as 1 bread, 1 protein, 1 fat and 5 calories.
