Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sized acorn squash
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds.
    Rinse.
    Rub inside of squash with margarine stick.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Turn cut side down on cookie sheet and bake in a moderate (350\u00b0) oven until baked and easily pierced with a fork (approximately 1/2 hour).
    Remove from oven, scrape out of skin and mash with butter.
