Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. powdered Ranch dip mix
    1/2 c. various veggies, chopped and cleaned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls; flatten on a cookie sheet.
    Bake until brown.
    Cool.
    In bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream and Ranch mix.
    Stir until mixed.
    Spread on cooled crescent rolls. Add cheese and top with chopped veggies.
