Filled Chocolate Cupcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop 1/2 cup nuts and set aside.
    Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Add water, vinegar, oil and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly into dry ingredients.
    Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full (divide batter between 24 paper liners).
