Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 apples
    1 c. brown sugar or 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Mix sugar, spices, salt and lemon juice; toss with apples.
    Fill pie with apples, piling high in center.
    Cut butter in small cubes over apples.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more until crust is brown.
